Our Services

Our team is intentionally small but dedicated. This intimate and client-focused approach allows us to work closely with clients, tradespeople, and one another—giving our designs the custom, hand-made feel we aspire to.

Full Service Design

Our signature service is full-service design for residential new construction or renovations as well as boutique commercial projects. Our focus is on the interiors as we work in tandem with architectural, building, and engineering teams. As a BCIN-certified firm, we can produce the drawings necessary for permitting and construction of smaller residential renovations.

Phase One

Our journey starts with an introductory call to ensure our services align with your project needs. From there, we move to an in-person visit where we take the time to understand your goals, take precise measurements, and explore design inspirations. This initial meeting is crucial, setting the stage for the entire project and informing the development of a tailored proposal.

Once the proposal is approved, we ask for your input through a series of questionnaires. These help us get a deeper understanding of your lifestyle and how you interact with your home. Your responses will inspire the creation of a personalized vision board, which will guide us as we develop design concepts tailored to you.

Phase Two

After crafting detailed floor plans, sketches, and initial selections of both hard and soft furnishings, we present these concepts to you for your feedback. This stage is highly interactive, often involving a collaborative exchange as we refine the design direction together. Once any revisions are completed and the concept design is approved, we move into the final design phase.

During this phase, all floor plans, elevations, and other design drawings are finalized, and we make the final selections for furnishings. To help you envision your new home, we provide 3-D renderings and tactile samples, allowing you to see and feel the design elements firsthand.

Phase Three

The next phase is project support. We make regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure our designs are executed as planned. We are always available to answer any questions from the builder or subcontractors—and trust us, there are usually plenty!

We also assist with creative solutions when challenges arise. Once everything is in place and final styling (if needed) is complete, we have the pleasure of welcoming you to experience your beautifully finished home. This is always a gratifying moment for everyone involved.

Additional services for your unique needs

Full-Service Decorating

As a standalone service or in conjunction with our Full Service Design package, Full-Service Decorating is for clients who have a space with good bones and need help decorating to bring the space to its full potential. We select, source, and style the furnishings, textiles, artwork, and softgoods that add depth, livability, and memorable character to a space. Essentially, it turns a shell of a house into a living home.
Kitchen Design

Our custom Kitchen Design service is for clients who want to enhance the functionality and feel of one of their most-used spaces. Clients appreciate our collaborative process and the ability to see designs initially in two-dimensional format and finally, in beautiful full 3D renderings. Designing kitchens is truly our passion, and we have the privilege of working with two extremely talented custom cabinet makers to bring our visions to life.
Permit Drawings

More than 18 years of experience in design means that we understand all the practicalities of the experience. When the building code requires you to obtain a permit for your renovation, we can help. We are BCIN certified and insured and can lead you through the process.
Design Consultations

This one-time visit is for clients who have the ideas and the energy to tackle the project themselves but need some design advice from a professional to elevate their vision. This two-hour consultation is a fully working design session and tailored to the client's needs.
