Following an introductory call to determine if our services are the best fit for your project, our process begins with an in-person visit. We spend time establishing goals, taking measurements, and sharing inspiration. This meeting lays the foundation for the entire project—and more urgently—our custom proposal. Once the initial proposal is approved, your homework begins. We send a series of questionnaires that will help us get to know you and learn how you engage with your home. These will inspire our vision board, which we will reference as we develop concepts.

Once we've created floor plans, sketches, and chosen some initial hard and soft furnishings selections, we will present them to you for your feedback. This part of the process is iterative and often requires some back and forth as we refine our direction together. After revisions are made and concept design is signed off by the client we move into the final design phase. During this phase, all floorplans, elevations and other design drawings are finalized, and final furnishing selections are made. We present all of this to you with 3D renderings and tactile samples so you can truly see and feel your new home.

The next phase is project support. We visit the job site regularly to check on the progress and to make sure our designs are done according to plan. We are available to answer questions the builder or any sub-trade might have. And believe me, there are usually many! We also help brainstorm when challenges arise. Once everything is exactly as we envisioned and final styling (if applicable) is complete, we have the honor of welcoming you back to tour your completed home. This moment is so gratifying for all parties involved.
