This brave young family with three boys enlisted the help of Alair Homes and LVZ Design for their extensive renovation. The property is situated in a perfect setting surrounded by many acres with lots of trees and a stream running through. The overall scope of this project required a complete gut of the main floor to enhance spatial flow as well as adding a second story for their growing family. The new custom main floor kitchen features white oak and putty coloured cabinetry and a plastered hood. Real stone applied with an overgrout technique, plaster wall finishes, and reclaimed beams make this home a classic beauty.
