Set in Burk’s Falls, this new build is shaped by its surroundings, with a river running nearby and forest as its constant backdrop. The architecture leans organic and modern, with clean lines softened by natural forms and a palette that settles naturally into the landscape. Large openings frame views of the water and trees, allowing the setting to become part of the everyday experience of the home.

Inside, the focus shifts to warmth and restraint. Natural materials lead, layered with intention to create depth and a sense of permanence. Wood, stone, and textured finishes bring interest, while a muted palette keeps the spaces calm and cohesive. The intent is a warm, welcoming home, with each element selected to age well and support the rhythms of daily life.
